Intimation of Return on info@4sAuto.in must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. We are unable to accept returns in certain instances:

• Damages due to misuse of product or part - Incidental damage due to misfitting of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
• damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
If customer has paid twice, the one amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.

Delivery Policy

All goods subject to availability of the product(s) will be dispatched for delivery within 4 days from the date of order.

Replacement Policy

Within 10 working days, 4sAuto will reviewed the damaged product received from the customer and dispatch the replacement of product, subject to availability of the replacement product.

Refund Policy

If the product received by the customer is found incorrect or received in damaged condition, customer can cancel the order and opt for a refund instead of a replacement.
